There is so much that we just don’t know, that we’ve never been told.  Why?  Well, my research has led me to believe it’s all about advertising, getting products that taste delicious while pouring in so many unhealthy additives.  I’ve started checking the ingredients of my favorites, . . . including bread, cereals, juices . . . thing that I consider staples am now learning how often one of the main ingredients of so many products contain, not only sugar, but corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup (I’ll have to do some research to find out how they differ) as one of the main ingredients.  Even my favorite “healthy” raspberry jam is “tainted.”  🙁
